This notice explains how QTech and its affiliate QTel ("we") handle information you send us through qtechlines.com.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, company or building address, phone number, email, the details you choose, and any phone bill you upload. We don't sell this information.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, prepare your Copper Line Audit or quote, and respond to partner inquiries.
- To provide and bill service if you become a customer.
- To keep records required by law.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the videos on our home page are embedded from YouTube, which may set their own cookies. These services have their own privacy policies. We share your information with QTel, which provides and bills POTS line service, and with service providers who help us run our business. We may disclose information when required by law.
Phone bills you upload
A phone bill can include account numbers and other sensitive details. Only upload a bill if you're comfortable sharing it. We use it only to prepare your audit. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
