How QTech and QTel work together

QTel is a licensed New York carrier. It provides and bills POTS line service and business fiber internet. QTech is QTel’s affiliate and authorized agent: we sell those services, install the equipment and coordinate support.

QTech provides cloud phone systems directly. Fixed wireless and satellite internet are billed by QTech or QTel, as shown on your order.

QTech does not provide alarm monitoring. Your alarm company’s central station keeps monitoring your alarm.
